We offer comprehensive solutions for the installation of ground, roof, and floating solar power plants in Turkey, Europe, and Africa. We are seeking a Tender Support Specialist to join our team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statics, Mathematics, Information and Document Management or a related field,
- 2+ years experience in tender processes for electrical works in industrial facilities or energy facilities,
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must,
- Effective time-management skills,
- Advanced in MS Office applications,
- Result-orientated with strong analytical thinking,
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focused,
- Skilled in problem-solving, organization, planning, and coordination,
- Strong communication and representation skills,
- No restrictions for travelling abroad temporarily.
Job Descriptions
- Conducting relevant tasks during the preparation of technical and administrative documents to be submitted with the bid,
- Completing documentation requirements for tender processes during the preparation phase,
- Checking the prepared tender documents and making entries into the ERP system,
- Monitoring domestic and international public/private sector tenders and providing support for preparation,
- Ensuring timely and complete preparation of all necessary information and documents for the relevant tender.
