We are looking for talented and motivated 4th year students or fresh graduates who are passionate about management consulting and willing to join our expanding team as an Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and university senior students to gain valuable hands-on experience and to build strong foundation for their future career in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Consulting Intern, you will:

• Support research and analysis efforts to provide strategic insights for projects.
• Analyze data and assist consultant teams in preparing their reports & presentation
• Assist in client meetings and workshops to gather information and support project delivery.
• Develop presentations and reports that communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Collaborate with consultants on data collection, organization, and visualization.
• Learn the fundamentals of management consulting and develop essential skills.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

• Fresh graduate or a 4th-year student in a recognized university (business, economics, engineering, or related fields, MBA will be a plus).
• Genuine desire to pursue a career in consulting or strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Effective communication skills in Turkish and English.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn mindset.
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering results.
• Minimum 2-3 days of availability per week is a must for Part-Time Intern role.
