Founded in 2019 by in-house start-up HR leaders, Lookup has built a team in Istanbul, all bound together by the mission of helping every tech company we work with grow to their highest potential.

Since then, weÔÇÖve partnered with over 250 incredible businesses across the globe from tech companies to the hottest startups, scaleups and unicorns in town.

Due to our success and continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Partner to join us and help us to achieve the ambitious growth objectives that we have set ourselves for the future.

Own the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience – sourcing, screening, and guiding great people through the process for our partners.
Act as an internal HR team for the best start-ups, scale-ups overseeing all aspects of a talent function from strategy all the way through to delivery.
Analyze, report on key talent acquisition metrics, using the actionable data to influence decisions.
Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice.
Use a range of deep sourcing techniques to find the best talents, both on Linkedin and on other platforms.
Build strong relationships with our partners and deal with issues together as a strategic partner.
Provide an amazing candidate experience, and build trust with our candidates, providing them with complete, accurate, and inspiring information both for the company and the role.
Take an active role in redesigning HR projects by providing guidance, coaching, and giving advice to our partners in their HR processes.
