DeltaPV

DeltaPV successfully operates over 200 local pharmacovigilance systems with more than 5,700 products in different therapeutic areas, providing flexible solutions to support the management of activities at the local affiliate level especially for assignment of local pharmacovigilance activities. Our literature screening automation software, LITSIS is an effective tool used for both local and global literature screening. LITSIS is a validated, web-based system used by our PV experts. DeltaPV actively monitors over 1,000 local medical, pharmaceutical, and veterinary journals on a weekly basis. Local publications (not indexed in global databases) are analysed in over than 130 countries with full text review. LITSIS allows us to synchronize and ensure an efficient literature screening system across the regions that can be easily overseen by EU and local QPPVs
Global Literature Monitoring (GLM) is a key part of GVP and regulatory requirements. We have extensive experience performing systematic literature reviews using a reference database (PubMed/Medline) via LITSIS and all applicable staff are fully trained on our established SOP.
