General Qualifications

 

 

Bachelor’s degree from Science departments (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering departments, preferably a Master’s Degree or Higher education.)
Fluent in both English and Turkish.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Analytical, strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking, enjoys research, willing to work according to rules, dynamic, and highly self-disciplined
Team player with strong communication skills.
Strong theoretical and applied background.
Willingness to grow into new technical areas.
Enthusiastic about opportunities to learn new skills.
Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Willingness to travel for business trips as needed.
Experience in Business Development roles is a plus.
For male candidates, military service must be completed.
Able to adapt to flexible working hours and busy work tempo.
