Job Description:
Assisting Account Manager in day-to-day client management;
Monitoring and troubleshooting of the real time data feeds within a time-sensitive market;
Providing internal and external technical expertise and support;
Helping Account Manager to deal with internal and external queries and requests regarding real-time data;
Installing and configuring contributions software; working with external IT contacts remotely and onsite; troubleshooting any technical issues or failures.

Qualifications:
We are seeking a 'Regional Contributions Specialist' for our global company operating in financial sector to work for 6 months contracts.
Fluency in English and Turkish languages is required;
Excellent knowledge of Excel; VBA knowledge is a plus; 
Experience in working with/understanding of complex technology, networks and information systems; technical interest and aptitude;
Excellent communication and customer service skills; 
Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus;
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team environment; 
Financial and market knowledge is a plus;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
